PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Theo Bell, a former U.S. Army Blackhawk helicopter pilot-in-command, founded his own commercial real estate development firm, Epic Consulting, LLC, in 2011. Prior to that he was the Senior Managing Director at Newmark Knight Frank and Senior Vice President at UGL Equis (now Cushman & Wakefield), both in Washington, D.C.
Epic Consulting invests in, develops and sells cash flowing real property in strategic markets throughout the United States. We invest in opportunities that can be leased to public and private institutions with growing missions. With a combined experience of 25 years, Mr. Bell is an expert in federal business development, leading edge technologies, strategic marketing, tactical sales and key account management.
