As a Brain Health Certified Coach I facilitate my clients’ self-directed Neuroplasticity. I help them rewire their brains to help them gain clarity about their inner strength and find the right path to reach their goals, understanding they always have a choice! I use my knowledge of Cognitive Neuroscience (Science of the Brain) and the science of Human Emotion to help them rebuild the self-confidence they need and create a plan to achieve their goals on a much faster pace and more efficiently than they would have accomplished on their own. My help with accountability also plays a big role in the process.
