Bio

Corporate lawyer turned into self-love expert, published writer, public speaker and (W)holistic life coach, I found my purpose in teaching, motivating and empowering humans to find their place in the world and embrace their wholeness.

Through my Mentorship Marry Yourself First, I aspire to inspire (before I expire) many with my own self-love story as well as teaching practical tools so that everyone can leave the room with a heart filled with self love and fuelled by compassion.
