Our Open Letter to the RIBA scored over 2,000 signatures in just two weeks.

We are in the process of important discussion with the heads of the institutions that dictate the profession: The RIBA, ARB and all universities, that cause the toxic culture that architects become acclimatised to and eventually emulate and promote.

The architecture system is broken, built upon a tiring work environment that treats both young staff and sometimes fully qualified architects poorly, (working 70+ hrs a week below minimum wage, or on no formal contract for example!) There is a prerequisite that architecture is “not for the blue-collar worker”.
