About Jason Johnson
As a Mental Health Professional in New Jersey, I've spent over 15 years working with hundreds of children and teens diagnosed with various Emotional, Behavioral, & Developmental Challenges.
While providing my In-Home Parent Leadership® Program in over 250 homes, I noticed there was a lack of resources available to engage fathers in treatment.
Noticing Fathers needed a modified version to Lead their Families, I created an 8-Week Program called Fathers Leading Families™.
The goal of Fathers Leading Families™ is to help fathers reach their highest potential in life and find realistic ways to balance being there for their family and children.
Today, Fathers Leading Families™ has expanded into a Community Celebrating All Fathers (Married, Step, Single, Grandfather, and Adoptive).
In the Spirit of Celebrating Fatherhood, I created an agency that provides Daily Virtual Support Groups (via Zoom) to Fathers across the United States.
