We have a cause. To build an enterprise to directly support self determination in the workplace, for Early Years Teachers in the UK.
We will start by understanding the sheer variety of the day to day lives of Early Year Teachers, then build a new way of putting you at the centre, whole life first, work then follows. Living, learning and earning as you want to live, learn and earn.
I also love LFC. They’re in my bones. I’m a dad, a fiancé, a Meyler Campbell trained coach, a start up co-founder and a scouser. I am writing too, in awe of the cathartic role it plays in bringing the inside outside.
