I am a warrior following a path with heart and the purpose of my soul.

My path is to empower people and lead them to step into their loving power. To discover
confidence through competence in their abilities. To be able to feel, process and express their
emotions and their needs. To embody healthy divine masculinity and connect with the divine
feminine to become a superior version of yourself.

MY STORY

For me the blend of mind, body and spirit has been the alchemy between science, adventure
and spirituality. I apply the rigors I learned in philosophy and science to my spiritual practice.

I seek the Experience first, and then knowledge and understanding. Spiritual experiences are
valuable only in so much as they can be embodied, so I use myself as the laboratory for testing.

To show up fully in adventure demands my whole being to be in alignment. This demand meant
adventure was my arena for soul shaping and proving grounds to put those lessons to the test.
The correspondence between these have me whole, loving and a positive presence to those
around me.

My biggest arena for learning has been rock climbing. Every step up the wall is deliberate, pain,
discomfort and fear. Feedback is immediate. Through many attempts to improve my climbing, I
came to understand that if I wanted to climb at my best, I must be at my best in all arenas of my
life. Everything I practised at home, at work, in relationships impact how I am able show up in
any given situation. The lessons learned in one aspect of my life became powerful leanings for
all aspects of my life. Thus adventure was my journey to spirit, and let me pass through the
gateway into my soul. Now I freely apply these
