Mom, Gardener, Builder, Chaser of Dreams! 🇺🇸
I have been homesteading organically on a single acre in the woods in Union Bridge, Maryland for the last 10 years. Homesteading is just a single word used to describe a lifestyle of living off the land in a self sufficient way; using what’s available and regenerating resources as we go.
I grew up in Baltimore and the DMV. I started growing food indoors and on an apartment patio. I have always felt closer to God when in nature and among wildlife. So 10 years ago I set out to make my dream of owning a home surrounded by nature a reality. I built a homestead from scratch and it evolves a little more each growing season.
Now we are a certified wildlife habitat!

We grow Lemons, Apples, Peaches, Pears, Cherries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Wineberries, Elderberries, Grapes, Figs, Strawberries, Lavender, Mint, Echinacea, Lemon Balm, Bee Balm, Basil, Yarrow, Oregano, Sage, Calendula and Camellia sinensis (Tea Leaves) year round outside and indoor and all other seasonal veggies and herbs 🌿 ♥️
We raise chickens 🐓and bees 🐝
I sell plants and seedlings and cuttings of various fruit trees and indoor/outdoor plants.
