I specialize in helping women and girls thrive. Working the private and corporate realm offering Executive Coaching Business Strategy and creating systems.

Having studied Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), which is a pseudoscientific approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy, I finally realized that all the years of me listening, reasoning and convincing people had a name. NLP uses perceptual, behavioral, and communication techniques to make it easier for people to change their thoughts and actions.

I currently hold the following ICF approved certifications; Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programmer, Certified Executive Coach, Certified Life Coach and Certified Organization Development Coach.

Things that satisfy my soul are writing, gardening and cooking.
