At X, was co-founder and lead of Tidal, a moonshot project bringing AI to sustainable aquaculture and helping the ocean. Previously helped build the rapid evaluation team (responsible for finding new moonshots).

At Google, went from idea to launch for dozens of products and features with Maps, Street View, Android, Search, and Photos (including some with a billion users). Product lead for teams of 50+ people.

I love building innovative teams and incubating big ideas. I enjoy teaching this and have led workshops for / advised Fortune 500 companies, top NGOs and universities, former heads of state (including the Obama Foundation), indigenous leaders, and at the United Nations. I taught over 1,000 new Google employees how to launch new products.

Before Silicon Valley, I worked on projects for DARPA and NSF focused on brain computer interfaces and virtual reality (VR).
