Esther Obasi-ike is a pastor, a dynamic preacher of the gospel and a multi-gifted international inspirational speaker. She is also a conference facilitator, leader, mentor, government, non-governmental and corporate consultant, counselor, teacher, author, educator and media guest. She has travelled extensively to over 30 countries across 5 continents.
In 1996, after a series of career growth opportunities, she joined her husband Pastor Prince Obasi-ike in Kenya and the two became the pioneer missionaries of RCCG Eastern Africa. She is the Continental Evangelism Coordinator - Eastern Africa and the pastor in charge of RCCG Solution Centre, Nairobi . She is also the Founder/ President of the Queen Esthers’ Generation (QEG), a dynamic interdenominational women’s outreach with its headquarters in Nairobi. QEG aims to Transform, Equip, Empower and Engage God’s people for Christian Service. Currently, QEG has presence in six counties of the Republic of Kenya and has also rolled out to other nations in Africa and beyond with its presence in Canada, USA and Australia.
She is also the Founder/ Visionary of the Queen Esthers’ Next Generation (QENG); a mentorship programme for young girls.
Pastor Esther Obasi-ike (Ph.D) earned a doctorate in Missiology from Fuller Theological seminary, California USA .She was also trained in the world class Haggai Institute Hawaii USA and now serves as a facilitator at Haggai Institute, Nairobi. Esther is married to Pastor Prince Okechukwu Obasi-ike and they have enjoyed twenty-eight years of marriage and are blessed parents of two successful young sons Favour and Goodnews . Dr Esther sits on several Boards.
She has won several awards and recognitions:
(1) 2009 - The Mark of Excellence Award in Leadership and Ministry by The Institute of Christian Leadership and Theology Education.
(2) 2010 - Esther and her husband Prince Obasi-ike received the Nigeria High Commissioner’s award for exemplary community Service and Social Development in Kenya.
(3) 2013 - Distinguished Leadership Award- awarded for providing exemplary servant leadership in society by Africa International University (Nairobi – Kenya).
(4) 2019 – Certificate of Recognition for being the Runners Up in the Mentorship category during UTUMISHI BORA AWARDS 2019.
(5) 2019 – Appreciation as ‘Rebuilder of Broken Walls’ from The Kenya Christian Professionals Forum (KCPF).
