Core Beliefs:

1: Live and let live. No one should have the right to insert their religious or cultural norms into societal law, especially in a diverse society! People must be allowed to do anything they want as long as it does not impact the next person negatively.

2. Free speech. People should be allowed to air their most controversial views. In order to speak effectively, you must risk offending people. People who are easily triggered should not be part of important conversations. The way to protect people is not to shield them from dangerous words or events, exposure therapy which includes exposing them gradually to the things that offend them is what makes them stronger and it’s what their therapist would use.

3. If you’ve not changed your mind on any important issue in a long time, you probably should not be part of intellectual discussions. It’s a waste of everyone’s time.
