logistics SaaS|cargo | Warehousing| gigs for person's with disability

My passion is in the Gig Economy which for me finding an alternative job opportunity was a redifining moment. That from running errands to feed my family (wife + 3kids) went to help other young people tap into the gig economy to provide livelihoods for their families.

Am now building mzigo.io : a logistics company that is focused on providing last mile logistics solutions (cargo transport + warehousing on demand) to developing countries. We are still in the ideation stage going live soon.

In growing mzigo.io logistics we look forward to add two more layers of service to have
1. Cargo transport + warehousing.
2. Offer Logistics as a service.
Pilot phase is in Kenya in the FMCG segment and grow into other sectors eg agriculture where we shall offer customized logistics solutions based on industry eg cooler trucks.

Logistics is still a great challenge in Africa and other developing countries where it plays a big percentage on increased cost of goods, product owners have no control of the last mile customer experience, most businesses have not yet embraced logistics as a key part of their biz like other depts like finance, sales, fragmented market..

On the positive the market is growing fast and there is more than enough opportunities due to
1. Increased uptake of technology.
2. Digital commerce growth
3. Infrastructure growth
4. Growing population.
5 among other dynamics.

So far so good been doing some homework on team building and refining the idea and already speaking to clients and we are looking forward to going live in a month

Am looking for strategic partnerships, investment that could lead into building a great brand that's relevant to customers.
My experience in relation to logistics..
Growing up my parents had a small shop and part of our sales were delivering milk and bread on a bicycle to clients at a tender age thus it was something coming.

In the course of running errands I have found myself helping individuals and small businesses handle their deliveries and during covid I was involved in running logistics for distribution of protective equipment, foodstuff among other needs.
I have and continue to get requests to help people plan and run point on getting things done from a logistics point.
