Erin Rochon is an Ottawa based Interior Decorator, a DIY expert, Content Creator and skilled teacher. She has passion for creating beautiful spaces that merge the world of upcycling and DIY together with Interior Design. Erin worked for many years in the Child Welfare and Community Development field, with the intention that it would be her life long career. She took the leap, went back to school to become an Interior Decorator, threw herself into the upcycling and Interior Design world.
Within a few years Erin had created a successful business with her shop Bluebird Upcycle. She became a creative force in Ottawa, developed her highly sought after Masterclasses leaving clients inspired and confident to paint their own projects. After five years, she rebranded to Erin Rochon Design, offering a more personalized approach to our services, new ways for clients to learn and get creative. a is a creative force, teaching her dedicated audience DIY’s and offers design advice through her blogs, video and TV appearances on CTV Ottawa, Daytime Ottawa and The Marilyn Denis show. In 2019, Erin developed and hosted a TV show on Rogers TV called The Thrifty Upcycler. It showcased DIY’s, Interior Design advice featuring local guests. The success of the show has led to a second season launching in the near future.
