Step 1️⃣ Financial Independence: Create 100 millionaires through real estate partnerships. We implement BRRRR strategy in select markets with SFH and Multi-Family.

Step 2️⃣ Impact: Once our partners reach Financial Independence, they will then have the resources (time and money) to create Impact by serving in their communities and charities.

Step 3️⃣ Legacy: Our collective partnerships will be worth 100 MM (our Legacy Endowment). We’ll give 50% of rental profits with plenty left to reinvest and grow. The portfolio will be passed onto future generations to continue the Legacy.
