🏋️ My love for HIIT & strength training allows me to clear & re-connect with my physical & mental body.

💫 I'm known to carry (& wear) crystals, enjoy a glass of fine wine, sleep through any movie, have at least 3 journals at any point in time, snuggle in our daughters' bed & pack a dishwasher or fold laundry like no other.
