Erica Kennedy is an award winning licensed stylist from Chattanooga, TN. Founder of the Up Next Barber Showcase, mentor, positive influencer and now the creator of The Pivot digital magazine. She discovered that haircutting became a favorite in her career over 18 years ago. This is when she decided to specialize in haircuts full time instead of styling hair. Erica has a true passion in the transformation of her clients. She receives joy in making her clients feel great about themselves once they leave her chair! With over 18 years of professional experience, Erica is dedicated to providing quality, professional and caring customer service.

The encouragement and inspiration doesn't just stop at her chair. Erica is a public figure in her community as well as internationally. Giving encouragement, inspiration and coaching mentees are just a few attributes that she is passionate about. "Watching people grow into their fullest potential is what makes it all worth it," Erica shares.

Learning at an early age that she was a creative is what has been a major foundation to her fun, abstract, free style haircutting techniques. The trust that clients give her with freedom of expression in hair art is very empowering and confident building on a personal level.

But even though Erica is multi-talented in many areas of her life; none of it would be possible without her personal relationship with God. She is committed and a sold out believer of Jesus Christ her Lord and Savior. "All glory goes to God and I'm grateful to be used as a vessel," Erica states.
