✨ MY STORY in 5 sentences ✨

Anxiety and depression lived in the background of my world stemming from childhood sexual abuse. As an attorney, my anxiety and depression became evident enough that I finally took steps to address it.

I came to spirituality seeking freedom from the mental prison of my past and my beliefs. What I found is that there is no circumventing the human experience...and no need to try.

When you know who and what you truly are...and learn to live it, you are freedom on legs.
