Mercedes is an active leader in numerous national and international organizations that represent and support the causes of women, minority, LGBT, veteran and diverse business entrepreneurs. They include but are not limited to, The National Diversity Advisory Board
University of Minnesota (NDAB), National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC),
