Bio

Entrepreneur, coach, inspired speaker, adventure guide, leadership development facilitator and writer. My office is a 100-year-old Wyoming Sheepherder’s wagon parked on the bank of the Popo Agie River in Lander, Wyoming.

I’m in my 10th year with my company, Epic Life Inc., and doing work I love with people I admire. (My first company was Webby Award-winning YellowstonePark.com, Yellowstone Journal Corp. & National Park Trips, which I started in 1994 and sold to Active Interest Media in 2008.)

I lead people up tall mountains and on unplugged wilderness adventures in some of my favorite places, including Wyoming’s Wind River Range, Zion National Park, Grand Canyon National Park, and other areas. ⛰

I coach men and women from all walks of life, and offer group Epic programs in naturally awe-inspiring locations, and also online. I lead women’s programs, coed programs, leadership teams, couple’s programs. I also lead customized Epic experiences. 💪

My passions are travel, outdoor adventure (especially long distance day hiking, backpacking, skiing, and disc golf), writing, reading, and meaningful conversations.🌲⛰🌄📚📝🧳🎒🥾

I’m also a wife of 28 years and mother of my 3 wonderful sons, Wolf, Hayden, and Finis (“Fin”).
