Coaching- I help people separate the signal from the noise in directing their attention. I also help people use authenticity and vulnerability to hold an authentic presence for pitches, presentation, speaking and performance.

Entrepreneur
Bootstrapped my bodywork practice to a three location clinic with 30 therapists grossing $1.4MM and operated it for 14 years.

I’m committed to connecting more people to each other. I believe most of the obstacles to human beings creating paradise on the planet are loneliness caused by shame and isolation.

I’ve studied and taught authentic relating and vulnerable communication in depth.

I also perform as a stand up comic and am a classically trained actor.
