I help facilitate powerful communications to avoid team conflicts. I recognize how critical this is because I have seen these challenges first-hand, as an entrepreneur and HR Head.

• I coach teams of startups and not-for-profits, both of which are passionate about their goals and can’t take funds for granted.
• I work with the CEO and the leadership team and help them recognize blind spots so that they address even the most trivial issues, that if left unaddressed become significant.
