Matt Engel served as a senior leader and adjunct faculty at Arizona State University, using data, analytics, and messaging to drastically increase enrollment and decrease dropouts over a five-year period.

Matt then was called to leverage his expertise as a pastor in Phoenix, AZ; which multiplied into helping other churches become more Christ-centered, Spirit-led, and data-informed.

Matt is a speaker, writer (Fourteen Fridays), and is a subject matter expert on Decision Science and Growth Engagement Strategy within the Church. Working with the largest churches in America, he is recognized for his skill in aligning with church leaders to better fulfill their God-given mission by helping them turn interesting data into actionable insight with measurable outcomes through rapid experimentation. Matt, Denise, and their two children live in Longmont, Colorado.
