Passionate about all things talent related in the energy, chemicals and nonprofit industries.

My firm, Lowry Rhoads Associates provides retained executive search and human capital problem solving services to great organizations in need of finding the right leaders and managers to accomplish their strategic objectives. With strong industry backgrounds guiding oil and gas leaders through periods of substantial change, we have unique capabilities to help clients in the same situation.

Additionally, as a member of the Marketing faculty at the M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University and an Executive Instructor in their Sales Center, I love helping the next generation of talent get their careers off to a great start.

My pre-consulting life includes Sales and OD/Leadership Development roles at National Oilwell Varco, Rockwater Energy Solutions, and Univar Oil & Gas.
