I believe that YOU are capable of changing the world through how you care + nurture yourself.

I am super passionate about educating and empowering others on how they can up-level their overall wellness + lifestyle from pre-conception all the way through to their journey as parents. I believe that what we know + how we live + care for our bodies can make a huge difference in our overall hormonal health, fertility, pregnancy, birth + postpartum journey as well as how we parent. We have so much to offer when it comes to setting the next generation up to be world changers 🌎, + it starts with the work you do on yourself today!

About Me:

I have my Bachelor of Science in Nursing, + completed a comprehensive 3 year, full-time Holistic Nutrition Diploma with a focus in Reproductive Health. I am an integrative health practitioner + I am a certifying fertility, Birth + postpartum doula + childbirth educator.

I am addicted to education, as well as teaching, empowering and inspiring others 🌝
