I am the Founder and Managing Director of Employment Law Services (ELS) LTD, a specialist employment law firm based in Glasgow, Scotland, UK, which advises organisations and individuals on a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues, including unfair dismissal, redundancy, settlement agreements, discrimination in the workplace, contractual disputes, maternity and paternity rights.
