Hi all! I’m the the founder and CEO of Trinity Transformations, a company devoted to helping visionaries and changemakers go from "Fed up of feeling flat" to "full, on fire,and in flow" so that they can make the change in the 🌏 they were born to make.

I am passionate about helping others realize that there need be no stigma in having mental health issues and that it doesn’t define them, because I struggled with these issues too. My big dream is to end all -isms and live in a world of unity and unconditional love.

I am a transformational speaker, fitness instructor and warrior of love who gives people the tools to go from “just surviving” to “thriving”.
