Helping people learn about loss, grief and mental health. 🪴🧠🗣

My passion to help people learn about mental health and wellbeing began in 2010 when my former partner died by suicide. 🌻

Since then, I’ve trained as a Grief Recovery Specialist and, licensed through Grief UK, I lead programmes to help adults recover from significant loss, in particular bereavement, redundancy or divorce. 🕊

I also facilitate ‘Helping Children with Loss’ programmes for parents, or anyone working with children or teenagers, equipping them with the essential tools to help a child who has suffered a bereavement or loss. 💔
