I am a passionate entrepreneur focused on forging positive change in the community by creating a platform for authentic communication.

After a high pressure career in advertising I took time off to raise my three daughters and son. For my next challenge, I felt inspired to combine my work with my passions- sustainability, championing a plant-based lifestyle, and positive mental health. In December of 2019 I launched WELL, Magazine Asia, together with my husband. It is my hope the magazine provides a one of a kind platform to highlight positive change happening in the Hong Kong community and ripple out into Asia and beyond.

Through WELL, Magazine Asia I hope to create a dialogue around the questions I think matter most:

- How can we improve ourselves?
- How can we be more conscious of the environment?
- How can we better care for family, friends + community?
- How can find and fulfill our life’s purpose?
- What companies are making a positive difference?
- What events and activities can we get involved in to better ourselves and community?
