Welcome! Here at The ADHD Coterie we strive to help parents of young children with suspected or newly diagnosed with ADHD gain education and resources necessary to help your child thrive.

A diagnosis of ADHD can be life changing for families...and all too often it comes with little or no support. The most common story I hear is, “my child just got diagnosed with ADHD and the doctor sent us home with this prescription! I have no idea what to do...help!”

As a licensed mental health clinician, and 20 years of experience in the field as well as a mama of a precious ADHD’er, I know the struggles all too well! But hear me when I say it doesn’t have to be a horrible thing.

Your ADHD’er is special and unique and has so much to offer this world. Let’s partner together to bring it all out!
