Bio

I am a men’s rights advocate, men’s mindset coach and empowerment coach helping people to live mindful but unapologetically authentic lives. I help people find authentic confidence and connection in all areas of life; be it creating friendship, sex, relationships, work and more. With increased emotional regulation, personal accountability, communication, and boundaries, I help them increase their ability to balance play with responsibilities. We all need to dive into the place of wonder with child like enthusiasm now and again.

I love connecting people who are in alignment! Living through an abundance mindset while looking at how to serve people in the most holistic fashion.
