About me:
I have always been a decent cook. I was blessed to have a Mother and Father who were creative in the kitchen and they taught me the basics of intuitive cooking. My passion for cooking came into full bloom when I embarked on my weightloss journey in 2016. I lost 80 pounds by getting creative in the kitchen and recreating the foods I have always loved into clean, healthy alternatives. I began sharing my recipes with the IG community through my fitness & lifestyle account @elyseology and people were loving my creations!

True foodies can tell you there is nothing more satisfying then snapping the perfect photo of your food and sharing it with the world! I became obsessed with capturing and editing my food to perfection that I became known for having “good looking food”...
