I (she/her) love empowering women to stop hiding their potential ‘til the day their bodies are ‘ideal’, chores are done, confidence is high, final draft is perfect, degree is earned, fears are gone, time stands still, money grows on trees, and/or kids are grown!

What started as my own mission to free myself from Diet Culture, the Patriarchy, Imposter Syndrome, people-pleasing, fear of trying and postponing my passions is now at the core of my purpose and livelihood.
