Hi, I’m Elly ☺️ I’m from the Gold Coast, Australia. ☀️ After being encouraged to pursue a career in health/science, then making dentures for a living 😬 I decided to break away and start building my dream career as an entertainer and educator through social media.

📈 It all started when I began creating content for YouTube, in the early days of the platform. I was the first Aussie woman to blow up and pioneer the ‘Aussie technology reviews’ space, covering apps, tech & gadgets (see ‘Elly Awesome’). I now have over 12 years of experience using YouTube & social media platforms where I have made many diverse connections. Social media gave me the platform to grow my brand online & offline so that I’m now self-employed full-time as a videographer, editor, filmmaker, journalist, speaker/MC and presenter. 💙🎉

I’ve worked with almost every brand under the sun and have been flown all over Australia (and the world) by brands. Over this time I’ve worked hard to learn how to negotiate lucrative, yet fair, brand deals/remuneration for myself as an online creator. I have also worked as a talent manager for other prominent Aussie influencers (such as AJ Clementine) and can advise on fair fees re: brand deals for influencers, best practises to procure sponsorships and ace them.

📺 Landed my childhood dream job of becoming a TV presenter - worked for Network Ten in Australia on a national TV show for 3 years presenting, segment producing, writing, directing. Interviewed celebrities of all calibers and genres and MC’d events.

I’m a little bit obsessed with brand strategy, storytelling, marketing, filmmaking and tech. To chill out I walk by the beach, ride my onewheel pint or grab a 🍺 and 🍕.
