Hey-o! 👋🏾 I am a third culture kid by way of Belize 🇧🇿 , Italy 🇮🇹, Japan 🇯🇵 and the US 🇺🇸. I am Malia’s Mama 👶🏾 and she’s my Leadership VP.

I love all things Leadership, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion + French Bon Bons 🍬 and Cassava Bread.

I spent 15 years in Corporate America and started a learning and leadership collective to help organizations and individuals optimize their leadership to be equipped to lead from every seat they sit in.
