Ethel Women Initiative has over time, enlightened and empowered over 500 women and teenage girls from the grassroot, within the Niger Delta region of Nigeria, via various projects and programmes such as;

✔️FONDCUP (Face of Niger Delta Cultural Pageant) - It is a cultural pageant organized to empower young maidens within the ages of 18 to 25years old, change the narratives in the Pageantry industry, and also, promote our culture and traditions in the Niger Delta region that is gradually going into extinction.
