Chef and entrepreneur Eric Daye has over 33 years of experience in the culinary industry. Currently employed for the past 25 years at the Sheraton New York Hotel as a chef tournant, Eric is well versed in many aspects of kitchen production including banquets and restaurant service. As an alumnus of Penn State University’s renowned Ice Cream Short Course, he launched his brand of artisan frozen desserts in 2016 as a growing side business. His attention to detail, creativity and focus on flavor profiles are his strengths as well as his love for family style cooking.
