Gwaine Ricardo Lewis aka F.A.V.O.R. is Founder and CEO of E.C.H.A.D. ENTERPRISES, A grass roots movement geared toward building individuals for sustainable long term relationships. Being a child of the 60’s, Gwaine was reared in a Christian environment which provided a foundation of love and faith that would be essential in the journey to bring E.C.H.A.D. to a state of relevance. Even though being in a Christian home, it did not deter from the challenges that accompany being African American male with a need to know, “Who am I”
After matriculating thru high school and a short stint in the military, Gwaine relocated to Massachusetts where he sunk into a life of addiction and incarceration. Not understanding his identity would be a constant marker for his often failed attempts to reach and maintain a lifestyle of stability.
In 2008, Gwaine found himself mired in addiction and incarcerated yet again. There was an exact moment that he came to himself thru the assistance of clergy and human services professionals. The vision of E.C.H.A.D. became relevant when the need to heal and build people to have relationships that go further than the instant quick fix relationships of this present time.
Since 2010, Gwaine has traveled across the country carrying the simple message of E.C.H.A.D. which is to establish connections and enrich the lives of those that desire more out of their purpose in life.
E.C.H.A.D. is a Hebraic term that is synonymous with unity and oneness. The acronym stands for
