Bio
I am native to Dallas, Texas and attended TWU and obtained a Bachelors in Health and two Masters degrees, one in Education and the other in Library Science. I have been an elementary educator for the past 8 years and am a member of One Community Church. I am also the mother to one amazing son.
I proudly serve as Executive Director and Founder of Chasing Grace Inc, a group devoted to supporting adolescent aged young women in the areas of Mentorship, Leadership, and Service, www.chasinggraceinc.org. I have has also co-authored and published two books “Graced Up” and “Promise”. I started a blog called Tracing Grace. Check it out at www.tracinggraceblog.com. Irecently became a founding board member of TAASA Survivors which assists those who have experienced sexual assault and trauma. In my spare time, I thoroughly enjoy, traveling writing, reading, and trying new foods!
