The Chamber is the world’s largest trade association representing the rapidly emerging digital asset and blockchain ecosystem.
In 2018, was nominated by the President and confirmed unanimously by the Senate to represent the United States at the World Bank. At the World Bank, I spearheaded a number of technology initiatives including AI, blockchain and the tokenization of World Bank loans.
Prior to this, I worked as a finance professional in Emerging Markets. Managing Director at Franklin Templeton Investments where I executed private equity transactions in Latin America. Before this, I was based in Shanghai, China as Managing Partner of SinoLatin Capital and Managing Director of ChinaVest. Earlier in my career, I held a variety of Emerging Markets-focused private equity and investment banking positions at J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley in both New York and Mexico City.
B.S. in Economics and Political Science from the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. I speak Spanish, Portuguese and Mandarin.
