I offer a safe supportive space for you to step in and do your healing work. A safe place to share your story and work through trauma. Help you to recognize and assist you to release what no longer serves you so you can move forward and grow.

I use integration techniques during sessions helping you to move in and through your blockages releasing old patterns and bringing in healing, clarity, personal insight and transformation.

Each session you will leave with tools to add to your personal tool belt to help you in your daily life and to help continue to integrate.
I have been doing this work for over 30 years as part of my own continued self healing journey.
