Bio

David Yang is an expert at leading cutting-edge digital transformation initiatives. He is passionate about enabling digital transformation in the public and private sector. He is currently a Vice President of Digital Transformation at ICF and has held leadership positions in industry organizations and the Federal Government, including the Library of Congress. David is an Executive-in-Residence at the Ed Snider Center for Enterprise and Markets in the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. He serves on the Board of the Advanced Technology Academic Research Council (ATARC) and the Association for Federal Information Resources Management (AFFIRM). David is a Mentor/Advisor for DCode.org where his expertise in sales and marketing strategy is applied to venture-backed startups looking to enter the federal market in the areas of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, analytics and cloud-based technologies.
