Jumped in without any guidance and had a few properties in my late 20’s, then 08-09 happened!!!

Filing bankruptcy 🏦 was the best thing that ever happened to me, just shy of $1M 💴. (I know sounds crazy) but it changed my trajectories in life and business. Forced me to re-evaluate everything.
