As an executive or servant leader, no matter what industry you’re in, productivity and the overall health of the corporation is your primary responsibility.
The most important asset that you have is your staff, employees, and/or faculty.
Imagine someone on your team being in a toxic relationship at home. Your team member is normally on time, operates in excellence, is great with the customers and they close more business than anyone else in the entire company. They may have been with you for 10 years or more.
