I lost my son in 2021 to an untimely motorcycle accident. It was only after months of reflection and mindful intention that I eventually grew able to appreciate my newfound healthier relationship to love, life and loss.
Sharing my experience, process and healing brings me great joy.
Now I truly know what’s important.
