I am the highest qualified real estate valuer in Sweden and offer premium advice to selected clients.

Having lived and worked through 5 financial crises in 3 different countries, the amount of assignments I have been awarded shows that it is in such times when my training and multi-disciplinary professional background is most needed, especially when the markets are re-stabilising.

Due to my in-depth knowledge based on many years in the profession, my work-load has increased exponentially, with clients looking to tap into my “silver-haired” advice, providing a stable helm over these turbulent waters.

From a real estate investment view, we should not lose sight of the fact that we currently have the largest yield gap ever, especially with 10-year bonds and interest rates being lowered post-COVID. As such an unprecedented amount of capital has flown into low-risk real estate in the last months in Sweden, as shown by the amount of record deals closed in H1 2022 with yields compressing further in sought after asset classes, such as supermarkets, logistics and public buildings.

With my specialized knowledge, qualifications, 30+ yrs. experience in the real estate sector & a multi-disciplinary background as Chartered Surveyor & Architect, I offer a wide & in-depth specialized knowledge of the Nordic Markets as well as specialized Pfandbrief/MLV advice across Northern & Central Europe.

Having worked on all sides of the real estate market gaining experience from the investors', consultants’ & lenders' perspective drawing upon an international background with 25 yrs. in the Nordics, 10+ yrs. in Germany, as well as my UK training & work experience in Australia, I offer expert cross-border advice.

My long experience from the Banking, Consulting & Fund Sector (Aareal, Aberdeen, Blackstone, CBRE GI, Citycon, Clarendon House, Cromwell, EuroCommercial, Helaba, Henderson, Pbb, ProLogis, Savana, Savills IM, RBS, SEB, UR, Volvo), has given me invaluable cross-border insight in how best to meet the investment & requirements of major international real estate players in the Nordic and European Market.
