Bio

I WAS BORN & BRED IN NORFOLK

That makes me, for my sins, a lifelong Norwich City fan. I went to University in Birmingham for 3 of the best years of my life, I lived & worked, in the formative years of my career, in London, UK & Sydney, Australia. Since 2007 I have been living in Derbyshire - settling into family life as a husband and father to, in my eyes, 2 fantastic girls.

I love music - one of the biggest James fan's (best band to have ever set foot on this planet). I have played in numerous bands having been a drummer since the age of 10. I believe there is more to this universe than we will ever understand and so I have a curiosity for the different - a huge advocate of the Wim Hof Method. Breathing techniques, cold showers and positive thinking are the pillars that keep me healty & mindful.

Always start the day well and start it positive.

Challenge is good, challenge is stimulating - start your day positive and nothing need get in your way.

My strength & success comes from experiences - I have started, run, sold and most importantly failed with many businesses during my career. I look positively on all those experiences - from them I have only grown stronger.
