Alison has worked in the Voluntary and Community Sector for over 20 years delivering training and development support. Her professional, informal and interactive style enables people to learn rather than be taught.
A consummate encourager, Alison uses storytelling and the sharing of her own experiences to connect with her audience and is confident sharing on a one to one basis or with larger groups. With an engaging sense of humour, Alison ensures that everyone enjoys listening to and interacting with her easy presentation style.
Since discovering Laughter Yoga and learning to really take care of her own wellbeing, Alison has embraced the concept and now shares Laughter Yoga with others.

Now running her own business, Dubries (a word Alison often uses when she cannot bring to mind the word she really needs!) Alison offers Laughter Yoga, Personal Development Coaching and continues to support the Voluntary and Community Sector with workshops and live online discussions. Motivated by the desire to encourage and enable individuals to be the best they can be, Alison spurs folk on to relax, be themselves, value themselves, make time for themselves and most importantly to laugh and play every day.
