What is wrong with me? What am I not standing out in my business or organization? What is holding me back?

These are questions, I have asked myself in my career and business. Throughout my career, I held various leadership and executive positions, while living in fear of being a failure. Why? I started business that failed, experienced racial discrimination, was isolated at work, passed over for promotions, and had no balance in life that ended in failed relationships and poor performance.

It was my fumbles, failure, therapy, mediation and coaching that helped me refine my career goals, coaching niche, and priority my life. This led to the establishment of Executive Coaching Institute for Minority Women, LLC (ECIFMW).

How do I coach women to “Show up with Confidence” and transforms their lives and stories into success and advancement?

1. Starting with “Why” –I support women as the discover the root causes of fears and insecurities that hindered their growth, due to negative talk and second guessing themselves.

2. After our initial breakthrough, I help women refine what is important for the new Women of Confidence, who is now Showing Up.

3. With ease, women can develop a flexible and balanced action plan, defining a new network, support system, and setting realistic expectations.
