10+ years of experience teaching leadership and co-creation skills, management theory, systems of personal development, and entrepreneurship as a consultant and as a lecturer at business schools across Europe.
Combining the above with my experience in art-based leadership-roles, such as choral conductor and international dance teacher, I provide leaders with powerful ways of utilizing ambiguity and uncertainty present in any organization as drivers for innovation.
